It's a Monday holiday, so despite the rain, Chris arranges with her friends to meet at the soccer field across the street to play a few pickup games. Her mother tells her she shouldn't go because she might catch cold, but Chris puts on her Aitana Bonmatí jersey, her shorts, and her bright orange cleats and heads to the field anyway. Some of her friends are already there: Lingwei has her own FC Barcelona Bonmati jersey; Esther has her González jersey for the Gotham team; and Delphine, Gabi, and Jaedyn are all wearing their own Gotham jerseys.
